Wishlist > Let me preface this post by stating some hardcore realities of this piece. It is 100% python and 100% illegal in California. As far as I can find, you can't even purchase this piece in the U.S., although I'm quite sure it's hiding in New York somewhere.

If you can get over all of the above, explore the detail. This cut out bra top is hand painted python, shown in 'rose', a nude version is also available. As you can see in their Spring 2014 ad campaign, neutral palettes and colorful python accessories are the focal point, and done beautifully with Daria Werbowy as the face. 

If you choose to seek and smuggle this piece, just get ready to hand over the $1,850 on it's pretty little price tag, along with your smuggling fees.

J'adore 2Jour

Bag Obsession > Here are four reasons to start saving immediately. With Ash Wednesday tomorrow I am going to [try my very best] to give up shopping for lent. Forty days of control, my birthday on the fourth, I choose to take this as a sign that one of these four bags will be my prize at the end. 

These gorgeous bags are all from the Fendi 2Jour line,  three of which are from the 2014 collection. Beginning with the top left and continuing clockwise we have the Fashion Show 2Jour in degradé pink $2,850, the Small 2Jour in multicolor 3D $1,950, the 3Jour large in black $2,550, and lastly 3Jour large silver and baby pink $2,550.

Fashion Obsession > I would like to introduce to you my new best friend, the item at the top of my wishlist, and now the most treasured piece in my closet. The most gorgeous bad-ass women's jacket I have ever seen. Don't let the quilting and embellishments fool you, this ultra stitched, ultra detailed, lambskin leather jacket is a heavy duty must have piece not intended for the faint of heart.  You may have heard of the menswear brand Scotch & Soda; prints, knits, manly indigo boutiques filled with mahogany, brass and deep tiled floors, where the sales staff rocks handlebar mustaches and wear leather shoulder straps. Intrigued?

 

Scotch & Soda was re-launched for Spring/Summer in 2002 and their women's Collection Maison Scotch entered the market with the Spring/ Summer 2010 collection and it already accounts for a large part of the company’s continuous growth. Now found on ShopBop, Revolve, and of course their 7,000 other points of sale, it's not hard to see why.
